Can a new apparel brand start OEM/ODM production without a large order?

Yes. New apparel brands do not need to commit to a large multi-style order to start. Our minimum is 100 pieces per color per style, so a brand can begin with one or two focused styles to test fit, fabric, color, logo placement, and market response before scaling.

However, unit cost at the 100-piece minimum is higher than on larger bulk runs, because sampling, fabric sourcing, pattern development, and production setup still require time and labor. The best approach is to start with a focused style, confirm the main fabric and branding details early, and prepare clear artwork or references before requesting a quote.
