20+ years across outerwear, knit and denim. Expert in CAD/draping with grading rules that preserve silhouette. Solves tricky shapes and advises construction to improve fit and line efficiency — often cutting one fitting round for raglan bombers.

15 years of quality leadership. Runs PP meetings, sets SOPs and AQL 2.5/4.0, coordinates fabric tests and metal control, and supervises final inspections — reducing defect rates double‑digit year over year.
