Product Overview
A distressed denim jacket produced by an experienced denim jacket manufacturer. 100% cotton twill with enzyme/stone wash for a vintage fade. Hand-worked rips and frays placed on collar, chest, body and hem; adjustable waist tabs and durable double-needle seams for daily wear and brand programs.

Fabric: 100% cotton denim, recommended 10–14 oz (8–16 oz available)
Weave & Handfeel: 3/1 twill; soft hand after wash, mid-rigid structure
Stitching: double-needle main seams; bar-tacks at pocket openings
Trims: metal shank buttons (silver/antique brass/gunmetal optional)
Pattern Details: adjustable hem tabs; buttoned cuffs; chest flap + side pockets
Lining: unlined by default; flannel/quilt/fleece lining optional

A3: Standard is unlined for breathability. Optional flannel / quilt / fleece linings can be added for warmth or seasonal capsules.
Q4: Will The Ripped Areas Tear Or Fade Easily?
A4: Distressing is hand-worked and key stress points are bar-tacked. Normal fraying is part of the vintage effect. Wash cold, inside out; avoid bleach; tumble low or line dry to maintain color and damage details.
