During production, QC should check fabric defects, cutting accuracy, stitching quality, seam strength, hood shape, pocket position, rib recovery, rhinestone placement, stone alignment, missing stones, loose stones, adhesive strength, backing comfort, measurement tolerance, and overall garment appearance.
