Print quality control for graphic hoodies starts with a clearly approved sample. Before bulk production, the fleece fabric, fabric weight, artwork file, print method, print size, color standard, placement, label details, size specs, and packaging requirements should all be confirmed.
During production, QC should check fabric defects, cutting accuracy, stitching quality, print placement, print color, print opacity, puff height, curing stability, ink adhesion, handfeel, cracking risk, measurement tolerance, and overall garment appearance. For large front or back graphics, QC should also check whether the artwork stays balanced across different sizes.
Graphic hoodies need extra attention because printing problems are highly visible. If the print is off-center, undercured, overcured, cracked, too stiff, or placed too close to seams or pockets, the hoodie can look low quality even when the garment construction is good. Finished hoodies should be compared with the approved sample before shipment to keep bulk production consistent.
