What is your process from sweatpants brief to delivery?

Our process starts with a brief and goals stage, where we define target markets, use cases and volumes for your sweatpants program. Next we choose sweatpant silhouettes, rises and leg shapes at the block and styles step. Materials and trims are then confirmed, including fleece, ribs, cords and hardware, followed by planning prints, embroidery and label placements. We build fit samples to review fit and construction, then a preproduction sample to lock fabrics, colours, specs and grading. Bulk production and QC cover cutting, sewing, decoration and inline checks before we pack by ratio, label cartons and arrange shipment.
