What is your process from cargo pants brief to bulk production?

Every cargo pants project starts with a brief and goals stage, where we define markets, use cases and key targets. We then choose cargo silhouettes, rises and leg shapes at the block and styles step, followed by materials and trims selection to confirm fabrics, waistbands, zips and hardware. Branding and label requirements are mapped, and we build fit samples to review measurements and construction before locking specs, colours, grading and branding in a preproduction sample. Bulk production and QC cover cutting, sewing and inspection against agreed standards, before we pack by ratio, label cartons and dispatch according to your delivery plan.
