What is your process from brief to bulk crewneck production?

Crewneck projects start with a brief where we clarify markets, positioning and volumes. We then choose crewneck silhouettes and fit blocks, followed by materials and trims to confirm fleece, ribs, labels and finishes. Next, we prepare branding setup for prints, embroidery and labels, and run fit sampling to review size runs and measurements. A preproduction sample locks fabrics, colours and layout before bulk production, which includes cutting, sewing, decoration and inline QC. Finally, garments are packed by ratio, cartons are labelled and shipments are arranged to your destination.
