What is your development and production process for zip up hoodies?

We begin with your brief, defining the product, target markets and budget, then choose the right zip-up body, hood and pocket block. Next we confirm fleece, ribs, zippers and hardware, and agree on print, embroidery and label positions. Fit samples are made to review measurements and comfort before we lock fabrics, colours, graphics and grading in a preproduction sample. Bulk production then covers cutting, sewing, decoration and inline inspection, followed by final packing, carton marking and shipment according to your timeline. Our sampling is typically organised in a 7–10 day window once details are ready.
