What is your process from vintage hoodie brief to delivery?

Our process begins with a project brief where we align on markets, vintage direction and budget for your hoodie line. We then choose style blocks for body shapes, panels and hoods, followed by materials planning to fix fleece weights, ribs and cords, and branding setup to define prints, embroidery, patches and labels. Next comes the fit sample stage to test measurements, shrinkage, colours and distress effects, before preproduction signoff on fits, graphics, washes and colours. Bulk production covers cutting, sewing, washing and quality checks based on the approved standards. Finally, we complete packing and shipment by confirming packing methods, carton marks and logistics so your vintage hoodies arrive in line with your launch plan.
