Which fabrics and trims do you use for vintage hoodies?

For vintage fleece we focus on mid to heavyweight cotton fleece, French terry and loopback constructions that can handle enzymes, over-dyeing and abrasion without twisting out of shape. Ribs are tuned to keep their recovery after repeated washing so cuffs and hems do not collapse. Drawcords, eyelets, zipper tape and metal trims are selected to age in a consistent way with the fabric and wash story. Pocket bags, hood linings and label materials are also specified so the garment still feels premium even after heavy treatments.
