What does your development and production process look like for coach jackets?

We start with your goals—use case, target retail and margin—then confirm shell and lining, fit block and key branding methods. After branding tests we make a PP sample with correct trims and colours for approval. Bulk production follows with inline QC, zipper and snap testing, and controlled packing and shipment so each delivery is consistent with your coach jacket spec.
