UR Men's Size Chart (Urban Relaxed) & Fit Guide
UR Men's
Size Chart
Explore the Urban Relaxed (UR) men's sizing reference for tops and bottoms, with chest, waist and inseam measurements in inches and centimeters. Understand the relaxed silhouette and how to measure for a more informed fit choice.
What Is UR (Urban Relaxed) Fit?
In the reference guide, UR means Urban Relaxed: a casual silhouette with more room through the torso and legs than a slim fit, without necessarily using the exaggerated volume of a fully oversized style. This makes it a useful starting point for everyday streetwear, loose T-shirts, hoodies and relaxed pants.
These tables are reproduced from an independent reference guide. UR is not presented here as a universally standardized apparel size system or as an official Urban Revivo brand chart. Measurements should be used for comparison only, and product-specific size guides should take precedence.

The inseam is measured along the inside leg. Finished garment lengths can vary with rise, fit and preferred hem position. Explore sweatpants manufacturing or custom cargo pants for brand-specific fit development.
Regular vs. Urban Relaxed vs. Oversized
The fit name describes a design direction, not a fixed number of extra centimeters. Different brands can grade the same size label differently.
Balanced proportions with moderate ease. A straightforward everyday shape that sits relatively close to the body.
More room in the chest, shoulders or legs for a casual silhouette without deliberately extreme volume.
Intentionally wider or boxier proportions, often including dropped shoulders and a larger overall silhouette.
How to Measure for UR Men's Sizing
Use a flexible measuring tape and stand naturally. Keep body measurements separate from the garment measurements on a tech pack.
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep it level and comfortable.
Waist
Measure around the natural waist without tightening the tape. For a lower-rise pant, also check where the waistband will actually sit.
Inseam
Measure down the inside of the leg from the crotch to the desired trouser hem, or measure the inseam of trousers that already fit you well.
Use body dimensions to choose the target customer range, then create separate finished garment specifications with the ease and proportions required by your design.
Build an Original Relaxed Fit for Your Brand
A relaxed fit works differently across heavyweight tees, French terry hoodies and woven cargo pants. VANRD helps apparel brands develop original patterns, sample proportions and graded sizes for their own target markets, rather than copying another label's specifications.

UR Men's Size Chart FAQ
What does UR mean in this size chart?
In the referenced article, UR stands for Urban Relaxed, a name for a comfortable, roomier casual fit. It is not a universal international sizing standard or an official Urban Revivo size chart.
Are these body measurements or garment measurements?
The chest and waist figures are described as body measurements in the reference. Finished garments need additional ease, so a T-shirt's flat chest width or a pant's waistband dimension cannot be read directly from these numbers.
Should I size up for an Urban Relaxed fit?
Not necessarily. A garment designed as relaxed may already include extra room at your usual size. Compare your measurements with the chart and check the specific finished garment measurements whenever available.
Does Urban Relaxed mean the same as oversized?
No. Urban Relaxed generally suggests more ease than a regular cut, while oversized pieces deliberately emphasize extra volume. The difference depends on the actual garment design.
Can I use this chart to manufacture a custom streetwear collection?
You can use the table as a reference when discussing your preferred sizing direction. For production, develop your own size specifications, grading rules and fit samples with a manufacturer such as VANRD's hoodie development team.
