Zara Men's Size Chart & Measuring Guide

Men's Fashion Size Reference

Zara Men's Size Chart

Compare Zara men's reference measurements for tops and bottoms, with chest, neck and waist measurements shown in inches and centimeters. For apparel brands building their own fit standards, VANRD also supports custom OEM/ODM apparel development and graded size specifications.

Looking for a quick Zara men's size chart? The tables below provide a compact overview of S through XXL measurements, arranged by size for easy comparison. Inch measurements come from an independently published reference table, with centimeter equivalents calculated and rounded to one decimal place.

These are general reference measurements, not a universal official Zara specification. Zara explains that sizing can vary by garment style, cut and fabric, so the measurement guide on the individual Zara product page should be used for a final size choice. Brands developing collections can also use a familiar high-street fit direction as a starting point for original T-shirt or casual pants specifications.

Zara Men's Tops Size Chart

Chest and neck body measurements for the S–XXL sizes listed in the reference chart. Each cell displays inches / centimeters on one line for easier reading.

SizeChest (in / cm)Neck (in / cm)
S35–36.5 / 88.9–92.714.75 / 37.5
M37–38.5 / 94.0–97.815.5 / 39.4
L39–40.5 / 99.1–102.916.5 / 41.9
XL41–42.5 / 104.1–108.017.25 / 43.8
XXL43–45 / 109.2–114.318 / 45.7

Important: The chart covers chest and neck only; it does not provide verified shoulder, sleeve or body-length measurements. For a specific garment, refer to that item's own measurement guide.

Zara Men's Bottoms Size Chart

Reference waist measurements for men's trousers and other bottoms. The supplied reference labels this section as “tops,” but its waist-only values are presented here under bottoms for clarity.

SizeWaist (in / cm)
S28–30 / 71.1–76.2
M30–30.5 / 76.2–77.5
L30.5–33 / 77.5–83.8
XL35–36 / 88.9–91.4
XXL37.5–40 / 95.3–101.6

Reference note: Some waist measurements are not covered by the published ranges, including 33–35 inches. The gaps are preserved rather than replaced with estimated size values. For a specific style, always use its current product-level size guide. If you're developing your own trousers, explore VANRD custom pants manufacturing.

How to Measure Your Chest, Neck & Waist

Use a flexible measuring tape and stand naturally. These three measurements are the only body dimensions shown in the reference tables above.

Men's Body Measurement Guide

123
1

Neck

Wrap the tape around the base of your neck where a shirt collar normally sits. Leave enough room for a comfortable fit.

2

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms. Keep the tape horizontal across your back without squeezing.

3

Waist

Measure around the natural waist, keeping the tape level. For low- or high-rise trousers, check the garment's own guidance as well.

Fit tip: Body measurements are not the same as finished garment measurements. A relaxed jacket or oversized hoodie includes additional ease compared with the wearer's body dimensions.

Turn a Size Reference Into Your Own Brand Fit

High-street sizing provides useful context, but every brand needs its own fit identity. A measurement range alone does not define shoulder shape, garment length, leg opening or the amount of ease built into a silhouette.

For custom collections, VANRD helps brands develop original size specs and samples across T-shirts, casual trousers and jackets. Brands can learn more about OEM/ODM development services and factory capabilities before requesting sampling.

01Define the customer, product category and preferred silhouette.
02Create an original measurement specification and grading approach.
03Confirm the intended fit through a physical development sample.
04Use approved finished garment specs for production measurement checks.

Zara Men's Size Chart FAQs

Short answers to common sizing questions, including where the reference chart does not provide enough information.

What sizes are covered in this Zara men's chart?

The independent reference chart covers S, M, L, XL and XXL. Men's tops are listed by chest and neck, while men's bottoms are listed by waist. Individual products may use additional sizes or a different system.

Are these the official sizes for every Zara men's item?

No. The measurements are reproduced from an independent reference chart and converted to centimeters. Zara states that fit varies by garment style, cut and fabric, so check the specific item for a current, product-level measurement guide.

What should I do if my measurement falls between two sizes?

The independent reference advises selecting the larger size when you fall between ranges. However, the safest choice for a particular Zara product is to consult its own size guide and consider whether you prefer a closer or looser fit.

What if my waist is 34 inches and the chart has no matching range?

The source waist chart has a gap between the L and XL ranges. A 34-inch waist is not assigned a size in that reference, so do not infer a size solely from this table. Use the size guidance for the specific trousers you are considering.

Are the table values body measurements or clothing measurements?

The values are presented as body-size reference ranges, not as a full technical specification for a finished garment. Product details such as shoulder width, sleeve length, rise and inseam are not included in the source chart.

Can VANRD develop an original men's size chart for a private label brand?

Yes. VANRD supports custom pattern development, garment measurement specifications, grading and sampling for apparel brands. Send your styles, intended fit and reference measurements through our project inquiry page for review.

Need a Custom Size Chart for Your Collection?

Share your sketches, tech pack or reference samples. VANRD can review your target fit and discuss original sizing for private label tops, jackets and pants.
