Nike Men's Size Chart & Fit Guide
Nike Men's
Size Charts
Find men's Nike top and bottom measurements from XXS to 4XL. Compare chest, waist and hip sizes in inches and centimeters, learn how to measure, and understand the difference between regular and Tall fits.
How to Read Nike Men's Clothing Sizes
Whether you are checking the fit of a training top or comparing a pair of joggers, start with your body measurements. The tables below follow Nike's published men's standard alpha-size ranges for apparel and present inches alongside rounded centimeter conversions.
These are body measurements, not garment measurements. A loose hoodie and a slim performance top can have different finished dimensions even in the same labelled size. For your own label, a familiar sportswear fit can be a useful reference, but an original tracksuit size specification should be approved through sampling rather than copied directly from another brand.

Regular, Slim, Loose & Tall Fits
Clothing size and fit are not the same thing. The measurements above help identify a starting size, while the product's cut determines how it wears.
A closer silhouette through the body or legs. Check the individual garment's product description for its intended fit.
A familiar everyday balance of shape and ease, with room for regular movement.
Extra garment ease creates a roomier appearance. This does not necessarily require choosing a larger body size.
How to Measure for Nike Men's Sizes
Stand naturally and keep the tape measure horizontal. A close-fitting shirt or light base layer helps you measure consistently.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under your arms.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of the torso, usually where your body bends from side to side.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape level.
Garment Length
For specific pants or tops, check the product's own length and inseam information; these are not included in the general body-size table.

Nike Men's Size Charts FAQ
Are these official Nike size charts?
The standard body-size ranges are based on Nike's published men's tops and bottoms sizing guidance. This independently formatted reference page is provided by VANRD and is not affiliated with Nike. Always check the specific Nike product's size and fit information before purchasing.
Should I size up or down if I'm between two sizes?
For a closer fit, choose the smaller size; for a looser fit, choose the larger one. Nike also advises using chest as the deciding measurement for tops and hips for bottoms when two measurements suggest different sizes.
Are Nike size-chart measurements body or garment measurements?
These are body measurements. Finished garments include different amounts of ease depending on whether the style is slim, standard or loose.
What is the difference between Nike regular and Tall sizes?
Tall versions have additional length rather than a different chest, waist or hip range within the same alpha size. Tall sizes are available only for select garments, so check individual item measurements.
Does this chart include men's Nike shoe sizes?
No. This page covers men's apparel tops and bottoms only. Footwear uses a separate shoe sizing system.
Can VANRD create a similar fit for a private-label collection?
VANRD can develop original sportswear, streetwear and athleisure fit blocks around your target market, tech pack or reference garments. Your collection should use its own designs, trademarks and specifications rather than copying another brand's protected identity. Contact VANRD to discuss a project.
