Champion Men's Size Chart & Measuring Guide
Champion Men's
Size Chart
Compare Champion men's tops and bottoms sizes from XS to 4XL, with chest, waist and hip measurements displayed in inches and centimeters. Find your range quickly, learn how to measure and understand extended sizing.
Champion is known for everyday sweatshirts, hoodies, T-shirts and athletic basics. The charts below bring together men's body-measurement ranges from Champion's U.S. clothing and Big & Tall guides, with inch and rounded centimeter measurements placed on the same line.
The size on a label doesn't tell you exactly how a garment will fit. A relaxed fleece hoodie and a fitted jersey tee can have different finished dimensions even when both are size M. If you are developing a collection for your own brand, use these ranges as a starting point and create a separate garment specification through custom OEM/ODM apparel development.

How to Measure for Champion Men's Sizing
Use a flexible measuring tape and stand naturally. Measure over light clothing or close to the body, keeping the tape level without pulling it tight.
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, passing under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably snug and parallel to the floor.
Hips
With feet together, measure horizontally around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Choose Your Fit
Use the body-size range to narrow your choice, then check whether the garment is standard, relaxed or oversized.
Build Your Own Sweatwear Size Specification
A familiar sportswear size range is a useful reference, but it doesn't replace an original block and grade rule for your brand. VANRD supports development of custom hoodies, private label T-shirts, sweatpants and coordinated tracksuits.
Send your target fit, design references and measurements to discuss a new size chart based on your own customer base.
Champion Men's Size Chart FAQ
Quick answers about the sizing ranges, measurements and differences between standard and extended men's sizes.
Are these Champion men's size charts official?
The body-size ranges shown here are taken from Champion's published U.S. men's clothing and Big & Tall guides, with centimeters converted and rounded for readability. This is an independent reference hosted by VANRD, not an official Champion page.
Do Champion men's sweatshirts and hoodies fit the same way?
Not necessarily. Two tops in the same labelled size may feel different because of their cut and intended silhouette. Check the individual product's fit description alongside the body-size chart.
What should I do if my measurements fall between two sizes?
Compare the areas most relevant to that garment, then consider whether you prefer a closer or roomier fit. For an accurate purchase decision, follow the product-specific sizing and fit guidance.
What is the difference between 2XL, 3XL and 4XL here?
XS–2XL comes from Champion's standard U.S. men's size guide, while the 3XL and 4XL measurements are listed in its Big & Tall guide. Tall-labelled garments can use additional length specifications, so always check the style you are considering.
Is there one universal Champion men's UK or EU size conversion?
This guide doesn't provide a universal numeric conversion because national sizing systems and product categories can differ. Body measurements in inches and centimeters are the clearer comparison across markets.
Can VANRD create a similar size range for a private label collection?
VANRD can support original pattern and sizing development for custom hoodies, T-shirts and pants. Send your tech pack or reference garments through our project inquiry page to discuss your specifications.
